Sean “Diddy” Combs is selling his mansion in Los Angeles, Worth $70 million.
After recent legal problems. The rapper, Sean "Diddy" Combs who is facing investigations by federal officers, has decided to put the property up for sale. In March, federal agents searched the mansion as part of their ongoing investigation.
Combs purchased the Holmby Hill mansion back in 2014 for $39 million. Located in a prestigious neighborhood that also houses the Playboy Mansion. The 17,000 square-foot European-style property has a 35-seat theater, a guest house, and a swimming pool with a grotto that you can reach through an underground tunnel.
According to reports, Combs has taken out two mortgages on the mansion totaling $50.7 million, with payments due in August 2029 and May 2036. The mortgages have not been fully paid off as of now.
In May of 2024 surveillance footage surfaced showing Diddy grabbing, shoving, and kicking his ex-girlfriend, his ex-girlfriend, singer Cassie, in an incident from 2016, which matches her claims in a lawsuit settled last November in 2023.
Recently, six women have accused Combs of sexual assault and similar behavior.
