Is Trouble Brewing for Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck in Their Beverly Hills Mansion?

The couple tied the knot in July of 2022 and purchased their enormous Beverly Hills mansion for just over $60 million in June of 2023.

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are selling the Beverly Hills mansion they've shared together for just around one year. TMZ was the first to report that the couple is listing the home they purchased after their marriage. Representatives for Lopez and Affleck have not provided any comments. TMZ also reported that their marriage is in deep trouble. Ben has already moved out of the house and into a rental in Brentwood. Sources close to them say J Lo is already searching for a new home.

The 38,000 square-foot residence sits on five acres of land. According to the newspaper, the house includes 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, a 12-car garage, and a pool. Additionally, it features a sports complex with basketball and pickleball facilities, a gym, and a boxing ring.

According to the outlet, Celebrity realtor Santiago Arana has been showcasing the 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom property for about two weeks, yet no buyers have emerged despite its asking price reportedly being $65 million.

However, the real estate deal isn’t the sole disruption in Lopez’s recent weeks.

Earlier this month, the entertainer also made headlines by canceling her national stadium tour.

A statement posted on Lopez’s website cited slow ticket sales as the reason for canceling the concert series, emphasizing her desire to spend more time with her children, family, and close friends.

As we wait to see what happens next, many are wondering: Do you think Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have a future together?

Only time will reveal the outcome of these intertwined narratives, leaving fans and observers eagerly awaiting the next chapter in the saga of Hollywood's most talked-about couple.
