Bravo revealed that the fan favorite Porsha Williams, now Porsha Guobadia, is set to make a return to Season 16 of The Real Housewife's Of Atlanta after having previously exited the show in 2021.
Porsha suddenly left the show "The Real Housewives of Atlanta "after news broke that she was engaged to now-husband Simon Guobadia, whom she met while filming Season 13 of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" with his then-wife Falynn Pina, a recurring guest introduced to viewers as Porsha Williams' "friend." In May 2021, Simon announced on Instagram that he had proposed to Porsha after just one month of dating, despite his divorce from Falynn not being finalized at that time. Simon presented Porsha with a diamond ring, estimated to be worth somewhere between $500,000 to $1.25 million. Porsha and Simon officially tied the knot on November 25, 2022, at the Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta.
Porsha is set to return to the show as Porsha Guobadia, Simon's new wife.
Porsha made her own announcement on Instagram. Saying "Porsha Williams coming back to Real Housewives of Atlanta? ?..That's false. But Porsha Guobadia is in the building. Haha, see ya, mwah!"
Porsha brought many hilarious moments to "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" her time on the show from seasons 5 to 13. However, the show has experienced a decline in ratings compared to previous years. The decline in viewers has been consistent and somewhat expected. Season 13 had 1.25 million viewers, Season 14 averaged 950,000, and Season 15 had roughly 657,000 viewers.
